Impersonating a User

Available with Core license

Any user with an Admin role has the ability to impersonate another user within their organization. This is useful to help troubleshoot questions or issues that come up and ensures that the Admin can see exactly what their team member sees when using the admin.

1. Log into the admin
2. Click the profile circle in the top right corner of the page
3. Select Impersonate User
4. Choose the user you wish to impersonate
5. To stop impersonating the user, or to impersonate another user, go back to the profile circle and choose the related menu item

User impersonation sessions will automatically expire after 30 minutes.
