Orders
Available with Order Management license
The order dashboard is a lightly-featured order management tool that provides timely information on the status of customer orders, making it a useful tool for factory and customization business teams.
- Log into admin
- Navigate to Orders
- You will see a list of orders, which can be filtered or searched by date range, PO number, recipe ID, or product
- To view the details of an order, click the view (magnifying glass) icon next to order you wish to review
Order information, including status, is provided by client ecommerce system and cannot be updated within the order dashboard.
