As we head into the busy 2026 holiday season, we want to reassure you that our platform is fully prepared to handle increased activity and ensure a smooth experience for your users.
Consumers continued to drive record sales of customized products during the 2025 holiday gift-giving season. Cyber Weekend 2025 again set new highs for the Spectrum platform, with online shoppers active well before Thanksgiving and continuing deep into December — reinforcing the multi-week peak pattern we first saw in 2024.

The Spectrum team prioritizes holiday planning at the start of Q1 and is ready for the influx of traffic.
At Spectrum, we are always investing in continued performance refinements for our clients. Building on the 2025 platform investments — including the 3DTrue v4 renderer release, the move to .webp 3D textures, and rate limiting for AI moderation requests — our 2026 focus areas include continued AI safety guardrails, render-pipeline optimizations, and additional capacity headroom ahead of peak weekends.
Spectrum platform resources are configured to automatically expand to handle higher traffic, ensuring fast response times throughout the entire season — even during peak hours.
In addition to employing 24/7 monitoring and automated alerts, we've also designated technical support staff to be available throughout the season, including holidays. In the unlikely event that you should need support for a production issue, please continue to send requests through your project manager during regular business hours. For requests after hours or on observed holidays, please email support@spectrumcustomizer.com.
To mitigate risk during peak traffic, Spectrum will not deploy non-critical code changes during the following time periods:
November 20 – December 10, 2026
December 18, 2026 – January 7, 2027
